I was born in Florence and raised in Turin. I lived for many years in Spain and also in the United States.
Cooking has always been my passion: as a child, I watched my grandmother transform simple ingredients into extraordinary dishes, learning from her how to make pasta with skill and love.
My background is in psychology, but after university I chose to follow my true calling: cooking.
I traveled to discover new flavors and cultures and, after running a restaurant in the Casentino area, I moved to Florence in 2010 to teach Italian cooking in American schools and universities.
Today, in addition to teaching and collaborating with schools and historic villas as a chef, I work as a food guide, leading visitors in discovering the culinary excellence of our region.
My goal is simple: to share the love for good, healthy, and authentic cuisine that celebrates the genuine flavors of our tradition, as well as the innovation that arises from the meeting of different cultures. Every dish I prepare is the result of passion, dedication, and respect for raw ingredients, with the aim of sharing and celebrating Italian cuisine in all its nuances.
